Seat hinge and back support hinge have regreaseable bearings for long life.

Wheels on base for moving around the gym with ease.

Assembly takes about 10-15 minutes. Only requires 11 bolts to assemble:

• 4 in the base
• 4 in the back support
• 3 in the seat
